How to check orders waiting for approval


What to do

  1. First, make sure you are logged in to an existing account; otherwise, you won't be able to access your order history.
  2. You can either hover your mouse or click on 'YOUR ACCOUNT' in the top right-hand over the website.
  3. There is a menu item that says 'APPROVE YOUR ORDERS' with a number next to it that shows if there are any orders waiting for approval.
  4. You can click through to this page which will allow you to search by order number and see if/what orders are waiting for approval.
  5. If your account level has access, you will be able to approve orders; if not, you should contact your account administrator to approve the order.

If your company account requires a nominated internal Approver to process an order, you will need to speak with the nominated Approver within your organisation. Your Approver can edit or cancel an existing order that is still awaiting Approval. If you need to change your internal Approver for order processing, you can do this yourself in ‘Your Order History’.

  • Search for order status ‘Orders Requiring Approval’, and click on ‘View’ next to the order.
  • At the bottom of the page, in the ‘Approval Status’ area, you can change the approver to another available approver on your account.
  • If the approver you are looking for is not there, please contact your Account Manager.
