Reprint your invoice



What to do

  1. Ensure that your login details have been given access to view and reprint invoice/s with your account administrator.
  2. Make sure you are logged into the correct account on which the order was placed.
  3. Hover your mouse over 'My Account' in the top navigation & click on the text 'REPRINT YOUR INVOICES'.
  4. You'll be directed to a new page where you can search for the correct invoice using 3 methods:
    • Search by Date Range
    • Search by Order Number Range 
    • Search by Invoice Number
  5. Once you have entered the correct search method, you will need to click search, and you will be presented with the invoice/s that matches your search terms.
  6. When you see the correct invoice/s you wish to reprint, you can select them by ticking the reprint selection box.
  7. Now you can scroll to the bottom of the invoices and click on 'REQUEST SELECTED INVOICES', which will then automatically send an email with the attached invoices to the email address you are logged in with.
  8. This email may take up to 2hrs to appear in your inbox.
