Our three-tiered structure includes School Supplies Account Managers, Product Specialists and our National Contact Centre with each having specific roles and accountabilities in servicing the strategic and operational needs of your school or centre.
Account Managers
OfficeMax School Supplies Account Managers provide support to your school or centre throughout the entire ordering process.
Product Specialists
We have a skilled team of category product specialists that provide technical knowledge and support when it comes to your technology, furniture, packaging, paper, cafeteria, health and hygiene needs.
National Contact Centre
Our specialised School Supplies Customer Service team based at our National Contact Centre is available to assist with order placement, product & service enquiries and enquiries about existing orders.
