Account Application
We welcome applications from New Zealand educational sector organisations for credit accounts. (You can alternatively purchase online with a credit card if it is used at the time the order is placed. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Cardlink are accepted.)
You can obtain a credit account application form by clicking on the link below to download an Acrobat PDF format file.
Please read and fully understand the terms and conditions of trade, complete the form and have it signed by an authorised signatory then send it to Accounts Receivable, OfficeMax, Private Bag 92831, Penrose, Auckland.
Alternatively you may fax the completed and signed form to 09 526 2966.
Credit account applications are normally processed in five working days.

How to Pay
Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Cardlink) are accepted if used at the time the order is placed.
For purchases charged to your School Supplies credit account, payment is due by 20th of the month following the date of the invoice.
You can pay by Direct Credit to our Westpac Ponsonby Account 03 0255 0176753 00. Please put your Customer Account number in the reference field to ensure prompt allocation to your account. Please email details of your remittance indicating the invoices you are paying to receipting@officemax.co.nz.
