I lost my cart items. How do I find them?

Shopping as a guest: If you were shopping as a Guest and you lost your cart items after your session expired (due to inactivity), you’ll need to create a new order because items can’t be saved in Guest shopping or logged out mode.   

Logged in: If you were timed out and lost your order (and were logged in), you can find your order in one of two places: Your Cart or ‘Your Orders on Hold’.

How to restore your cart items from 'Your Orders on Hold':

1. Log in
2. Go to ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ (top of the page menu)
3. Click on the ‘YOUR ORDERS ON HOLD’ option
 

4. Click 'View'



5. Click the 'Copy to Current Order' button. This will add your original items back to your cart along with any items added while logged out.
