Branded Hi-vis jackets for warehouse staff

Kiwi-owned Supply Chain Solutions is New Zealand's largest logistics and supply chain management company. 

The enterprise has been in the business for more than 20 years. It has grown its operations from warehousing to a complete business logistics solution. 

A long-term customer of OfficeMax, Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), needed to review the safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) for their warehouse staff. 

The Challenge

OfficeMax Safety Specialist recommended products and gear to improve safety for staff. 


The Solution

OfficeMax Safety Specialist Jerry Stancil arranged several trial samples for Supply Chain Solutions to review. He also set onsite visits to the apparel supplier showroom for their Health and Safety Managers to view the product range and make their selections. 

  • The SCS warehouse uniform included hi-vis jackets, trousers, and polo t-shirts. 
  • SCS custom-branded uniform is a Customer Unique Product for OfficeMax. SCS staff managers can bulk order them from OfficeMax, which will be delivered to their warehouses in multiple locations.
  • Other safety gear included road works PPE, chemical resistant equipment, height safety harnesses, spill kits, gloves, safety boots, and site safety signages. 
  • We also identified that some staff were on their feet for over 6 hours daily at their workstations. We recommended and arranged anti-fatigue mats to reduce back and leg strain and promote a healthier workplace.
