Using Order Templates (How do I save my order for the next time?)



What to do

Step 1: First, make sure you are logged in to an existing account; otherwise, you won't be able to save your order as a template.

Step 2: Once you have added the products to 'Your Cart' that you would like to save as a template, go to your cart page.


Step 3: On the cart page, you can click the button at the top-left of the page that says 'Save as Template'.


Step 4: You'll be taken to 'Your Order Templates' page, where you choose to:

  • Create a new template,
  • Or: append/add to an existing template
  • Or: overwrite an existing template
Step 5: Once you've decided which action to take, you can save and view your Template, where you can do one of the following:
  • Add a new product to your saved Template, or
  • Add the entire Order Template to your cart and checkout
Now, when you revisit the OfficeMax website and sign in, you'll easily be able to access your templates list in the 'My Account' drop-down menu. Just view the template you like and click 'Add Template to Cart'.

Additional options to manage your Order Template: 
  • You can also add products to your Order Template from a Product page
  • In the Order Templates page, you can open a template and:
    - Edit and update your order quantities
    - Clear quantities or remove items
    - Add products using product codes
