Missing Items from your order?

Some items may be packaged and sent separately. Here are a few possible reasons why this might happen:

  • If the product is classified as a hazardous substance

  • If the item is out of stock at the time of packing, it may be placed on backorder

  • If the item is shipped from the supplier

  • If the order contains oversized products or products in large quantities

Didn't receive the correct product?

Sometimes, due to supply challenges, you may receive an alternative product. The alternative may also not carry the same environmental certification as the original product. If you are not satisfied with the substitute, please contact the customer service team, who can arrange a return and provide credit.
