Order Tracking

Our order tracking dashboard and emails provide enhanced visibility of your order status.

  • Emails: When you place an order with us, you will receive Order Confirmation and Ready to Deliver emails. These emails include a link to track the progress of that order on our order tracking dashboard.
  • Order History: If you are registered on the OfficeMax website, you can log in to www.officemax.co.nz, go to Order History, and access an individual order's tracking code.
  • QR code: You can track/verify your order by scanning the QR code on the box.

You can track/verify your order using the QR code

Scan the QR code on the box to get:

  • A summary of your order
  • Verify items in each box and match the order

This saves you time, makes order tracking simple and boosts efficiency.

How to find tracking on the OfficeMax website:

Step 1: Log on to OfficeMax and go to 'Your Order History'

Navigate to Your Order History on OfficeMax Your Account Dropdown



Step 2: Search for the order either by date/date range or order number. This will only work for completed orders.

Step 3: Click 'View' next to the order in the results.

Step 4: Click the link under 'Order Tracking Links'. If the order is split into multiple parcels, there will be multiple tracking links (unless it is for Direct Ship).
