Get creative with this 20kg Nelson Modelling Clay, a pure white earthenware clay. It has a low shrinkage and is perfect small to large thrown pieces. An easy to use clay that is can be effortlessly hand moulded and left to air dry as desired. Drying shrinkage 5-6%, total when fired about 15% Firing range 1228 - 1282 degrees Celsius. You can vitrify the clay to turn it into glass making the items safe to eat off, use in the dishwasher or be left outside. When air-dried the clay is not suitable for outdoor weather or dishwasher use.
