Back to School Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all back to school purchases:

Bulk & Class Packs Delivery

1. Choose your preferred delivery day during the week. Our transport provider will be in touch prior to delivery and can also spend up to 15 minutes assisting with moving pallets to an accessible location within your school.

2. When you order over $200 excl. GST, and if you choose delivery before the end of the school year, you can select to be invoiced in January 2026* or straight away.

3. Order your Class Packs by 5th January 2026 for the 2026 back to school season (note ‘top-up’ orders can be placed after this date).

4. Please allow a minimum of three working days for delivery (after you have received your order confirmation email).

*January 2026 invoicing available for bulk orders over $200 excl. GST, or for class pack orders that equal 15+ packs.


Class Packs

1. Class Packs can be built for a charge of $5 excl. GST per pack^.
2. Schools may return unsold Class Packs to OfficeMax for a credit under the following conditions:

·         A minimum of 30 Class Packs of the same Class Pack type must be returned at any one time

·         The School pays to OfficeMax a restocking fee of $5.00 excl. GST per Class Pack to cover OfficeMax’s freight, labour and unpacking costs associated with the return of Class Packs

^Schools shall pay OfficeMax a packaging fee of $5.00 excl. GST per Class Pack to cover the building and customisation of the packs, as well as the packaging material (including zip lock bags) used to pack all the specified materials into each Class Pack.
