It contains nanosilver technology which destroys biofilm and protects against a broad spectrum of pathogens including MRSA. They have low cytotoxicity thanks to the continuous release of silver ions. The dressings provide effective exudate management due to high vertical absorption, and support autolytic debridement and bacteria/cell debris trapping.
