My packing slip is missing

If your order is split into multiple parcels, our system dispatches the packing slip with the last box to ensure the accuracy of the information for the whole consignment.

If you need a copy of the packing slip, the Order Tracking Dashboard allows you to request delivery paperwork to be emailed (to the person who placed the order). Click on the ‘Send Delivery Paperwork’ to request the packing slip.
