Can I order with Credit Card?
• Unfortunately, we don’t currently support using credit cards to place recurring orders. Although this is something we are looking to add in the near future.
When will my order be delivered?
• The scheduled order date you select will be the date your order is placed with OfficeMax. You can follow our current delivery time frames to see when your order can be expected.
Can I change the schedule or date of my orders?
• Yes, you can change your selected order date at any time (up to 6 am on the day of your scheduled order). This can be done by accessing the recurring orders page:
Login > Your Account > Your Recurring Orders > Options > Edit Schedule.
Can I skip my next delivery?
• Yes, you can skip your next scheduled delivery as a ‘once off’ and then resume all orders that follow. Do this by accessing Your Recurring Orders:
Login > My Account > Your Recurring Orders > Options > Cancel Next Order.
Can I cancel my recurring order?
• Yes, you can cancel your recurring order at any time by following this process:
Login > My Account > Your Recurring Orders > Options > Delete.
