Hardie Fasteners are 100% New Zealand owned and operated.

This busy business has been providing Kiwi builders, manufacturers, engineers, and construction companies with fasteners, adhesives, tools, and more, for over 20 years.

The Challenge

Functioning printers are essential to Hardie Fastener's day-to-day business operations. Before discovering Managed Print Services, Joseph says they would hold too much stock to avoid running out. Of course, it was "one of those things" that was then forgotten about and inevitably would run out.

Someone would then have to jump in the car to rush out for more to tide them over.

This resulted in two problems:

With this service, items such as ink and toner are ordered automatically when levels are low – saving the team from having to remember or stock extra products in the office. The service was "super easy" to set up.
