Order Tracking

Our order tracking dashboard and emails provide enhanced visibility of your order status.

When you place an order with us, you will receive Order Confirmation and Ready to Deliver emails.

These emails include a link to track the progress of that order on our order tracking dashboard. 

If you are registered on the OfficeMax website, you can login to, go to the Order History and access an individual orders tracking code.

How to find tracking on the OfficeMax website:

Step 1: Log on to OfficeMax and go to 'Your Order History'

Navigate to Your Order History on OfficeMax Your Account Dropdown

Step 2: Search for the order either by date/date range or order number. This will only work for completed orders.

Step 3: Click 'View' next to the order in the results.

Step 4: Click the link under 'Order Tracking Links'. If the order is split into multiple parcels, there will be multiple tracking links (unless it is for Direct Ship).
